Upon signing up for a premium Membership, you are provided 30 days of access to the premium services. If you choose to cancel the recurrence of your Jerkmate Premium membership renewal, your membership will expire at the end of the initial 30 day period.
Premium memberships are listed under My Account and cancellation can be facilitated from that page.
You can terminate your Membership by delivering notice to our Customer Service Department by sending an email to supportteam@jerkmatelive.com.
To ensure effective cancellation, please provide your log-in name, your full name, and the last 4 digits of your credit or debit card number (or the full account number associated with your alternative payment method).
